To better serve our patients and provide a better patient experience, our practices are now utilizing the athenahealth platform. Below is information that may be helpful as we move to this new platform. 

Creating an athenahealth Account: 

Beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025 all medical records, appointment information, and secure messaging with providers will be done in the athenahealth platform. Prior to your next appointment, please create your new athenahealth account using the link below. 

If you experience any issues in creating your profile, please let us know at athenahealth@inspirehealth.org.

Information Regarding Medical Records: 

Effective May 6, 2025, Inspire Health Medical Group will be transitioning its electronic medical records (EMR) system to athenahealth. Rest assured this will not interfere or impact your medical care, however, it will impact how you view your medical records. 

If you are an existing patient and are requesting a copy of your medical records as of May 5, 2025, or prior, please continue to utilize your MyChart account

Or call 559.453.5200 and request Release of Information.

Please note, if you have given someone access to your records prior to May 5, 2025, you may need to give them access to records for May 6, 2025, and later.

Updated Pay a Bill Information: 

If you are an existing patient and need to pay a bill for an appointment on May 5, 2025, or prior, please continue to utilize the PCIS Bill Pay Portal. 

If you are an existing patient and were seen on May 6, 2025, or after, please create your athenahealth patient account and utilize that account to pay your bill.
