When you refer a patient to an Inspire Health Medical Group physician, you can rest assured that we will provide patient-centered, high-quality healthcare in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Effective May 6, 2025, all Inspire Health Medical Group practice sites will be utilizing the athenahealth platform.  

If your practice is currently using Epic, please follow any external referral workflows your organization currently utilizes. 

If your practice is not currently on Epic, please continue to utilize our fax referral forms by clicking on the appropriate fax referral form link below, and faxing it to the corresponding office.
