Yanyu “Becky” Long, MBBS, is fellowship trained in vascular surgery.
She earned her medical degree from Tongji University School of Medicine in Shanghai, China. She then completed her residency in general and vascular surgery at Peking University in Beijing, China.
After moving to the United States, Dr. Long completed her general surgery internship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas. She then obtained another residency in general surgery through Central Michigan University at the College of Medicine Saginaw campus in Saginaw, Michigan. Finally, to complete her education, she pursued her vascular surgery fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Long has notable published works and research regarding the application of artificial intelligence in vascular surgery.
She is also fluent in Chinese.
