Jessica Martin Moreno, MD, specializes in emergency medicine.
Dr. Moreno began her education at UC Davis, earning her bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior with a minor in sociology. She then earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Finally, she graduated from the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at UCSF Fresno, earning the title of Chief Resident during her final year.
When she’s not taking care of patients, Dr. Moreno volunteers as a mentor in the Doctor’s Academy Mentorship Program, where she presents lectures and offers shadowing opportunities to local Fresno high school students enrolled in a medical pipeline program. She also supported the National Park Service’s continuing medical education efforts for the Sequoia and Kings County National Park rangers.
She can also read, write, and converse in Spanish.
