Faith Blackburn, PA-C, is board certified in emergency medicine.
Faith began her education at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, to earn her bachelor’s degree in pre-physician assistant studies with a minor in nutrition. She then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, to pursue her master’s degree in of physician assistant studies.
She is motivated and experienced in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environments, including emergency and hospital-based patient care.
