Anuvir Singh, MD, specializes in emergency medicine.
Dr. Singh began his education at UCLA, earning his bachelor’s degree in psychobiology. He attended UC Berkeley to earn his Master of Public Health. To further his education, he attended UCSF for his medical degree. Finally, he pursued his emergency medicine residency at UCSF Fresno.
His research interests include the health of farm workers, immigrants, and refugees. He is also interested in researching the mental health stigma among South Asian Americans, social determinants of health, and language access.
His professional experience includes tutoring at UCSF Fresno’s Doctors Academy, where he mentored high school students and guided them through their college applications.
He is fluent in Punjabi and conversational in Hindi and Urdu.
