Anant Shukla, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care. Dr. Shukla is also fellowship trained in pulmonary and critical care medicine and sleep medicine.

He began his medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India, to earn his medical degree and to complete postgraduate training in anesthesiology and critical care. Moving to the States, he pursued an internal medicine residency at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut. To specialize in his field, Dr. Shukla completed his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Bridgeport Hospital. He further specialized in his field by pursuing a sleep medicine fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Shukla’s published articles extend his medical practice, covering topics such as sleep medicine, anesthesiology, and the ICU.
