Gastroenterology Division Chief

UCSF Fresno and Inspire Health Medical Group (formerly Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG)) are seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor rank to serve as Division Chief for the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Division. Applicants must be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology, eligible for California medical license and obtain prior to hire, and have strong leadership experience and background. Responsibilities will include managing a growing GI & Hepatology Division that includes 6 GI Fellows, patient care, teaching Residents and Fellows, Endoscopic procedures, and clinical research. Faculty appointment with UCSF will be commensurate with the applicant’s background and accomplishments. The UCSF Fresno Gastroenterology & Hepatology Division is a growing Division currently utilizing a newly expanded Endoscopy Suite.

 

The program is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with a low cost of living. For positions exclusively funded by the affiliate organization: CCFMG provided a reasonable salary estimate for this position $300,000-$500,000.
