The Run Drugs Out of Town Run at Chase Field on November 6, 2011 will include a Health Fair.  Non-profit vendors at the fair will be provided with a 10' space for their booth and upon request may have a 6' or 8' table and two chairs.  Vendors with interactive health related programs are preferred but the area is open to all. 

What you get:

• a 10' area for your display
• a 6' or 8' table and two chairs upon request
• Wireless internet access in available
• Electricity may be available on a first come first served basis
• access to all the participants in the Run Drugs Out of Town Run from 11am to 1pm
• access to all the participants in Homerun 4 Kids from noon to 6pm
• Free parking is available in the parking structure south of the stadium

Responsibilities:

• no food, drinks or water is allowed to be brought into the stadium (you can enter with an unopened bottle of water for yourself)
• The stadium opens at 10am. 
• You must be set up by 11am
• You are responsible for safety and security around your booth.
• You are responsible for cleaning up your area before you leave

Cost    $150/booth
