Anger Management
Anger is a completely healthy emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems at work, in personal relationships and in the overall quality of your life. This presentation will examine the cycle of anger, our physiological, mental and emotional responses to events and helping participants to identify steps they can take to improve their anger management skills.
